Sublimation onto metal (aluminum) is a new, cutting-edge way to reproduce photographic images. Printing is done using Epson F Series printers which provide the widest gamut prints for the dye-sublimation industry.
My print company only uses ChromaLux panels which are the industry standard for professional photographers and artists.
The dye sublimation process is extraordinary at capturing images with accuracy, depth, sharpness, color saturation and impact. Since the image is actually sublimated INTO the aluminum it displays a certain quality of depth and presence that I have never before experienced in the reproduction of my work. In addition it is light weight, easy to handle and a breeze to hang.
65+ Years archival permanence.
Delivery of photos is approximately 7-14 days.
For traditional framing of photographic prints please contact me directly for pricing as framing options are limitless. I have been working with a local high end framer for close to twenty years. In general framing takes anywhere from a week to ten days depending on availability of specific frames. As a general rule of thumb framing prices will not vary greatly from cost of aluminum prints.
